Conclusion and recommendations

Controlling the certain message is not about how you talk or delivering information, but also how you manage your body language at the same time. When you walk into the office the more well prepared you are the greater your opportunities of success. Try to make a tight bond during answering questions from the interviewer with your effective and fluent speech. Keep your mood positive and feel confident the day before the interview, and then there are no doubts to make serious blunders. Your heart is pounding incredibly fast, and sweats are falling from your forehead. However, try to manage your feeling and win over your mind. Use formal and suitable words, act naturally, and show your effective communication through your professionalism. Your physical gesture should be open and absolutely expressive, and emphasize the vital points. Demonstrate your curiosity and enthusiasm when the interviewer is talking to you. Making a suitable eye contact and keep your body posture right. The job interview is like a poker, everything is unexpected; you might get good cards like questions or not, but if you know how to use those cards with your ideal strategy, then you can win.
In conclusion, in all job interviews, job interviewers are spending their time with you at least an hour, so that is the only chance to shine. Resume and document should be neat and tight because it will take them twenty seconds to look at it. Therefore, these applications are representing your image, and they will decide to call you out. Preparation is the most significant role in our interviewing process. A soon as the job interview starts; you ought to rehearse it before. Bring the best out of you, ready to cope with the hardest questions; show your knowledge, excellent skills, brilliant experience and great personality, so you can stand out from other candidates. There are various types of interviews such as one on one interview, phone interview, group interview and video interview; however, no matter what kind of interview that is, you must concentrate and think all the time. Simply, it is like a chess game, you make a bad move; you’re out.  Understanding your interviewer is also crucial for your success. There are no interviewers alike, but you must be careful with each actions and movements you make during your questions and answers. We are all human, so you can be lucky by meeting an easy and open minded hiring manager whereas someone who is tough and seem to be hard to pass. In every difficulty keep you head up, and go for it.

    I think that preparation, confidence and honesty are really important during the job interview. I agree with you that the interviewee’s positive approach may significantly help to be more confident. It also helps to leave a positive impression on the interviewer. I think that your advices are really helpful. For example, you said that resume and documents should be neat and tight because it will take twenty seconds to look at. Sometimes people think that more they write the better but it is not always true. From my point of view, you provided useful tips for the successful job interview and I enjoyed reading your blog.     In overall, I can see your blog as a very informative and useful. I really enjoyed reading it. Your points are clear and concise. I'm going to keep in mind your points how to become a successful person in a job interview. To control the message, we have to definitely keep in our minds to use proper body language and gestures. These can definitely help us to make a positive impression at the beginning of the job interview. Not being nervous and control our stress is necessary part of the successful job interview. We are all different that is why we need to find out our own ways how to control nervousness. Some of us like to take a deep breath, different ones like to walk a little bit around which help to take the stress away.

  3. A tip that I have also seen before is to make sure that your resume matches the requirements on the job posting so that the computer will capture it and will at least give you a chance to explain more about yourself and your capabilities in a job interview.
