  1. Hi Anh~

I think that it is essential to come prepared to the job interview so you are not surprised with questions. Even though it is impossible to be prepared for every question, it is important to be relaxed and think carefully about each answer. From my own experience, deep breathing often helps me to feel more relaxed and clear my head. I also agree with you that it is important to properly finish the interview and leave the best impression. Nevertheless, I believe that proper research and preparation for the interview is very essential. I think that learning the basic body language gestures may help as well. Great post Anh!

  2. Your blog reminded me of something that my mother told me when I was growing up. She said that the day before an exam or a presentation, instead of studying late and trying to cram information in your head, it will do you better if you take a rest instead. Sometimes we know more than we think and by not getting enough sleep we can’t access that information in our brain when we need to.

  3. Hi Anh,

Even though we prepare the question very well, there is still a chance to be surprised by question. As result, despite of preparation, the most important thing is the psychological adjustment. We need to learn how to adjust before and during the interview. Moreover, I hold the same perspective as you in preparation. We should not ask simple question at the end. Instead, the question should be prepared carefully before interview.
    Thank you for sharing!
